The work

You will evaluate AI-generated Lithuanian content and explain how it can be improved. Your work will cover general knowledge, customer support, education, conversation, translation, localization, and culturally sensitive content.

You will create prompts, rewrites, reference answers, and high-quality Lithuanian responses. You will also compare several AI responses and rate them against clear quality standards.

  • Review grammar, spelling, punctuation, diacritics, meaning, tone, register, and cultural appropriateness.
  • Find mistranslations, unclear wording, terminology issues, logical inconsistencies, factual errors, bias, unsafe content, and policy-risk language.
  • Rate responses for correctness, meaning preservation, terminology, tone, register, safety, and overall quality.
  • Write clear feedback that shows how the language or response should be improved.

  • English: Professional English proficiency at C1 level or higher for following guidelines and writing detailed feedback.

  • Register skills: Ability to distinguish formal, neutral, conversational, professional, educational, and public-facing language.
  • Experience: At least three years in writing, editing, localization, translation, content quality assurance, journalism, education, or another language-focused field is expected.

About AI training work

AI training is the human work behind systems that generate and understand language. People review model responses, write better examples, and give structured feedback so AI can become more accurate, useful, safe, and culturally appropriate.

Experienced language professionals are needed because strong evaluation depends on detailed knowledge of grammar, meaning, tone, context, and how people actually communicate.
