About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind systems that generate and understand language. People review model responses, create strong examples, and give detailed feedback so AI systems become more accurate, useful, and appropriate across languages and situations; language expertise matters because experienced reviewers can judge meaning, style, and cultural fit precisely. OpenTrain is a free platform where people find AI training work, build a profile, and apply in minutes.
How OpenTrain AI pays and hires
OpenTrain says it is free for freelancers, with no fees or subscriptions. Clients fund each milestone before work starts, and OpenTrain pays out to your connected payout method when the client approves the milestone. It doesn't publish a fixed payout schedule.
