AI Personalization Quality Analyst (Hindi)

The work

You will test how well an AI system uses personal information in Hindi conversations. Your work will focus on response quality, accuracy, usefulness, and whether the system uses the right data sources.

You will review conversations of one to five turns and document your decisions clearly, referring to specific parts of each conversation.

• Write and run multi-turn Hindi prompts.
• Evaluate responses for grounding, integration, and helpfulness.
• Compare two responses side by side and rank them by overall quality.
• Write clear reasons for your ratings.
• Extract and verify debug information to check data source use.
• Delete evaluation conversations to maintain clean data.

What it pays and takes

This is a contractor, part-time role for someone who can work at least 20 hours per week. The role requires full-time availability and four hours of overlap with Pacific Standard Time.

• Pay: $15 per hour.
