The work

You will evaluate and improve AI-generated Persian content across areas such as education, customer support, translation, localization, general knowledge, and culturally sensitive communication. Your reviews will help make model responses clearer, more accurate, natural, and suitable for their intended audiences.

The work includes checking Persian script, right-to-left formatting, meaning, tone, register, terminology, and logical consistency. You will also explain errors clearly and suggest precise fixes.

  • Review Persian AI text for grammar, spelling, fluency, accuracy, tone, cultural fit, and prompt adherence.
  • Find mistranslations, unclear or overly literal wording, incorrect terminology, formatting issues, factual errors, bias, unsafe content, and policy-risk language.
  • Write prompts, high-quality Persian answers, rewrites, and reference content.
  • Rate and rank multiple AI responses for correctness, meaning, register, terminology, script handling, safety, and overall quality.
  • Fact-check claims when needed and provide written explanations of errors and recommended changes.

What it pays and takes

This is a remote, part-time contractor role. The project requires strong Persian language judgment, careful written feedback, and the ability to follow detailed evaluation guidelines.

  • Pay: $25 per hour.
  • Time: 20+ hours per week.
  • Location: Open to candidates in Tajikistan.
  • Languages: Fluent Persian or Farsi, with strong reading and writing ability; professional English proficiency at C1 or above.
  • Language knowledge: Strong command of Persian grammar, spelling, punctuation, script, right-to-left formatting, ezafe, verb forms, word order, tone, and style.
  • Variety knowledge: Able to work with formal, conversational, Iranian Persian, Dari, Tajik-related, professional, educational, and public-facing varieties as needed.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in linguistics, Persian language or literature, English literature, communications, journalism, translation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: At least three years in writing, editing, localization, translation, content quality assurance, journalism, education, or related language-focused work.
  • Helpful background: Experience with AI data training or annotation, translation quality assurance, editorial quality assurance, localization quality assurance, or rubric-based evaluation.
  • Work style: Detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to explain subtle meaning changes, register issues, culturally mismatched wording, and language interference.
