The Work

You will help improve AI-generated Urdu content across areas such as general knowledge, customer support, education, conversational writing, translation, and localization. The work combines writing, language review, and careful evaluation of model responses.

You will also explain problems in English so AI systems can produce more accurate, natural, and culturally appropriate Urdu.

  • Write prompts and create high-quality Urdu reference answers.
  • Review and rank AI responses for fluency, correctness, tone, register, script formatting, and cultural appropriateness.
  • Find unsafe or misleading content, factual errors, bias, mistranslations, and culturally unsuitable wording.
  • Identify subtle meaning changes, incorrect gender or verb agreement, unsupported claims, and register problems.
  • Provide clear written feedback in English that explains errors and how to fix them.
  • Work with formal and literary Urdu, conversational Urdu, Pakistan Urdu, India Urdu, and Urdu-English code-switching.
