AI Training Team Lead (Tamil), Mathematics

The Work

You will review Tamil AI-generated content and quality assurance submissions. The work focuses on applying detailed rubrics, documenting evidence-based judgments, and giving clear feedback that can improve model behavior.

You will also help maintain consistent quality across repeated review tasks and support quality workflows for remote teams.

• Evaluate model outputs and source materials against project guidelines.
• Identify mistranslation, literal phrasing, unnatural tone, unsupported claims, ambiguity, and inconsistent terminology.
• Review Tamil grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone, register, regional variation, and cultural context.
• Maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, onboarding materials, quality examples, and other documentation.
• Use tools such as Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management systems.

What It Pays And Takes

• Pay: $25 per hour.
• Estimated earnings: $4,000 based on the listed schedule and project duration.
• Schedule: Part-time, about 20 hours per week, for 1 to 3 months, with flexible scheduling.
• Work arrangement: Remote contractor role.
• Open to candidates in India, Malaysia, Singapore, and Sri Lanka.
• Language: Professional fluency in Tamil, with strong reading and writing skills, plus strong English for guidelines, team communication, and written feedback.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics.
• Experience: At least 3 years in Tamil writing, editing, translation, localization, content quality assurance, AI training, education, annotation, or related language-review work.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, structured communication, organization, and the ability to evaluate content against detailed rubrics.
• Helpful background: Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or quality reviewers.
• A plus: Experience with AI training, data annotation, large language models, prompt and response evaluation, or rubric-based language model quality assurance.
