The Work

You will review AI-generated C++ code and trainer QA work for correctness, safety, efficiency, clarity, and adherence to project rubrics. You will also assess debugging responses, algorithmic solutions, tests, explanations, and performance recommendations.

  • Check whether code compiles and behaves correctly at runtime.
  • Review memory safety, performance, readability, maintainability, formatting, instruction-following, and rubric adherence.
  • Identify undefined behavior, memory leaks, dangling references, race conditions, inefficient algorithms, non-compilable code, hallucinated APIs, and incomplete explanations.
  • Spot-check work for correctness, safety, efficiency, and consistency with project guidelines.
  • Give precise written feedback to contributors and escalate recurring or critical quality issues.
  • Help create scalable QA processes for C++ training projects and remote technical teams.
  • Support style guides, onboarding materials, FAQs, trackers, calibration tasks, honeypots, and other documentation.

  • Project length: Estimated at 1 to 3 months.
  • Location: United States.
