The Work

You will record real-world driving footage from a trailing third-person view using a vehicle-mounted 360-degree camera. The footage will show local roads, turns, stops, intersections, parking activity, neighborhood routes, and other navigation conditions.

You can choose assignments from a predefined list and fit suitable recordings into existing trips or commutes. Optional non-navigation recording assignments may also be available.

• Capture stable, continuous exterior footage from the required trailing third-person perspective.
• Record varied driving environments, including local roads, intersections, parking areas, stops, turns, and neighborhood routes.
• Reframe and export 360-degree footage to match assignment requirements.
• Check the camera angle, stability, environmental coverage, and overall video quality before submission.
• Submit footage according to the requirements for each assignment.

What It Pays and Takes

This is a flexible remote contractor opportunity that can fit around existing trips or commutes. The role is open in the listed countries and requires English fluency.

• Pay: $15 to $30 per hour for approved video work.
• Work arrangement: Flexible, part-time contractor work with no fixed weekly hours stated.

• Language: Fluent in English.
• Equipment: Access to a compatible 360-degree action camera, such as an Insta360, GoPro MAX, or comparable device.
• Mounting: A secure, vehicle-rated mounting system that can produce the required exterior view is strongly preferred.
• Technical skills: Understand camera mounting, stabilization, reframing, and video export.
• Experience: Regular driving experience, careful video-quality judgment, and the ability to follow assignment requirements.
• Helpful background: Experience recording automotive, travel, action-sports, or driving footage with a 360-degree camera.
• Camera guidance: A camera with at least a 170-degree field of view and at least 720p resolution may help meet recording requirements.
