About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind systems that learn from examples. People review evidence, label information, write feedback, and apply specialist judgment so AI models can produce more accurate results; experienced professionals are valued because their subject knowledge improves the quality of that training.
OpenTrain is a platform where people find AI training and data-labeling projects, build a profile, and apply in minutes. Creating an OpenTrain account is free.
How OpenTrain AI pays and hires
OpenTrain says it is free for freelancers, with no fees or subscriptions. Clients fund each milestone before work starts, and OpenTrain pays out to your connected payout method when the client approves the milestone. It doesn't publish a fixed payout schedule.
Create a free profile with your domains, languages and hourly rate, then apply to listings. Some listings hire through OpenTrain; others link you straight to the hiring platform.
