The Work

You will help improve AI models by judging their answers to technical problems and creating high-quality examples for training. The work requires careful review of methods, statistics, experiments, and quantitative reasoning.

• Evaluate AI model outputs on data science, statistics, machine learning, experimentation, and quantitative reasoning problems.
• Create expert-level prompts, datasets, and reference solutions based on sound technical practice.
• Identify flawed methods, statistical errors, and weaknesses in quantitative reasoning.
• Provide structured feedback that helps improve model capability.
• Separate correct, incomplete, and methodologically unsound approaches using clear technical judgment.

What It Pays and Takes

This is remote contractor work for professionals who can work independently and communicate technical conclusions clearly in English.

• Pay: $245 to $280 per hour.
• Work type: Part-time contractor.
• Location: remote, open to applicants in India and the United States.
• Experience: At least one year of professional experience at a leading company in technology, finance, or research, including recent experience within the past seven years.
• Education: An undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university is preferred.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of data science, statistics, machine learning, experimentation, and quantitative reasoning.
• Communication: Clear written communication of technical concepts and effective professional communication in English.
• Work style: Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
