About AI Training Work
AI training is the human work behind better artificial intelligence. People review and rate model responses, create examples, and set standards so AI systems can produce more accurate and useful results.
Specialist knowledge matters because finance experts can judge reasoning, calculations, and decisions that general reviewers may not be able to assess.
