Inkscape Vector Design Task Specialist

The work

You will create practical Inkscape tasks that reflect real design, illustration, diagramming, and content-creation workflows. You will prepare the files and materials, record yourself completing each task, and explain the expected result clearly.

Your work will help AI systems learn from structured design expertise and reproducible computer workflows. Prior AI training experience is not required, but you need strong hands-on knowledge of Inkscape and vector design.

• Create realistic and challenging Inkscape tasks for design, illustration, diagrams, icons, logos, layouts, and content creation.
• Prepare the software environment, SVG files, design assets, fonts, images, and reference materials for each task.
• Document the task goal, context, steps, files, assets, and expected outcome.
• Record your computer workflow while using paths, nodes, shapes, layers, alignment, text, gradients, clipping, masking, tracing, SVG cleanup, and export tools.
• Review each recording and its documentation to confirm that the submission is complete, understandable, realistic, and aligned with project guidelines.

What it pays and takes

This is a part-time contractor role for an entry-level AI training project. Although previous AI training work is not required, you must already be comfortable using Inkscape for real vector design work.

• Pay: $20 per hour.
• Time: 20 or more hours per week.
• Location: Applicants must be based in Bangladesh, India, or Pakistan.
• Language: English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Experience: Hands-on Inkscape experience with vector graphics, SVG editing, illustration, diagrams, icons, logos, layouts, or export workflows.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of paths, nodes, shapes, layers, alignment, text, gradients, fills and strokes, clipping, masking, tracing, and export formats.
• Requirements: Ability to create realistic tasks, keep files clear and editable, manage design files, navigate computer applications, and record reproducible workflows.
• Work style: Strong written communication, careful attention to detail, reliable self-direction, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Helpful background: Graphic design, illustration, marketing, web design, education, technical documentation, or other computer-based workflows.
