Investment Banking AI Training Associate

The Work

You will help develop AI training datasets by applying investment banking judgment to complex financial materials and AI-generated content. The work includes evaluation, annotation, scenario creation, and clear written feedback.

You will work independently on defined deliverables and milestones while coordinating virtually to keep your work aligned with project guidelines.

• Evaluate and annotate financial materials, transaction documents, and case studies.
• Draft, review, and edit pitchbooks, valuation models, and market analysis summaries for accuracy and clarity.
• Create and document realistic investment scenarios, including deal processes and decision-making exercises.
• Review AI-generated financial content and provide precise, relevant, and professional written feedback.
• Curate and combine financial data to support scenarios and explain detailed investment banking terms.

What It Pays and Takes

This is a remote, part-time contractor role for a finance professional with investment banking or equivalent sales and trading experience.

• Pay: $120 to $150 per hour.
• Work arrangement: Remote, part-time contract work.
• Language: Professional fluency in English.

• Experience: Current or recent investment banking associate experience, second-year or later analyst experience, or equivalent sales and trading experience.
• Skills: Financial modeling, valuation, deal execution, financial statement analysis, transaction document review, and market data analysis.
• You should communicate complex financial ideas clearly, use careful judgment, understand industry documentation and regulatory considerations, and manage multiple deliverables within milestones.
• Relevant background includes creating or reviewing pitchbooks, valuation models, market analysis, transaction documents, and investment scenarios.
