Krita Digital Art AI Training Specialist

The work

You will create realistic computer-based tasks in Krita for AI training. Your work will cover digital painting, illustration, sketching, concept art, image editing, and raster-art workflows.

You will prepare the files and resources for each task, record the full workflow, and document the goal, steps, settings, and supporting materials. You will also review each recording and its documentation to make sure the submission is complete, clear, realistic, and follows the project guidelines.

• Create practical Krita tasks for digital painting, illustration, sketching, image editing, and design.
• Set up files, assets, brush presets, reference images, and other resources needed for each task.
• Demonstrate layers, brushes, masks, selections, blending modes, color tools, canvas settings, references, and export workflows.
• Record computer-based workflows and explain the task context, steps, files, and settings.
• Review recordings and documentation for completeness, clarity, realism, and alignment with guidelines.

What it pays and takes

This is an entry-level, remote hourly contractor role for freelancers who can work independently and follow detailed instructions. Hands-on Krita experience is required, but experience in digital art, illustration, graphic design, animation, education, content creation, or similar computer-based work is also welcome.

• Pay: Up to $20 per hour.
• Schedule: Part time, with a requirement of 20 or more hours per week.
• Location: Remote, available in Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan.
• Language: Clear written English at B2 level or higher.
• Required experience: Hands-on use of Krita for digital painting, illustration, sketching, concept art, image editing, layers, brushes, masks, selections, or export workflows.
• Required skills: Raster-art tools and settings, including blending modes, stabilizers, canvas configuration, reference materials, and export formats.
• You should be comfortable managing image files, using digital art interfaces, recording workflows, preparing a reliable work environment, and checking details carefully.
