The Work

You will turn real procurement and vendor management workflows into challenging tasks for evaluating AI systems. Each task should require judgment based on supplied documents, not simple information lookup.

You will also prepare the reference materials, instructions, and grading criteria needed for reviewers to assess answers consistently.

  • Design multi-step tasks based on supplier assessments, bid comparisons, vendor risk analyses, and contract reviews.
  • Create or source realistic RFP responses, pricing schedules, contracts, service-level agreements, and risk assessments.
  • Define objective grading criteria that support consistent decisions by qualified reviewers.
  • Identify tasks that are ambiguous or cannot be graded reliably before submission.
  • Deliver approved tasks at the required quality level.

What It Pays and Takes

This is a remote contractor opportunity with flexible scheduling. Work is part-time and organized around individual benchmark-task assignments.

  • $45 to $90 per hour, based on relevant experience and the assignment.
  • Less than 20 hours per week.
  • Open to candidates across the listed countries in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
  • Professional English at B2 level or higher is required; C1 is preferred.
  • Five or more years of hands-on experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier assessment, or vendor management is strongly preferred.
  • Practical experience with competitive bids, supplier evaluation, vendor contracts or service-level agreements, vendor risk, or supplier performance management is expected.
  • Experience with supplier scorecards, weighted bid criteria, vendor risk frameworks, category strategies, or similar structured evaluation standards.
  • Ability to work with contracts, spreadsheets, and reports at the same time.
  • CIPS, CPSM, or an equivalent certification is helpful but not required.
  • AI or large language model evaluation experience is helpful but not required.
