Quality Assurance Lead (Malayalam)

The work

You will review Malayalam AI-training content and trainer quality-assurance submissions. Your reviews will check language accuracy, meaning, formatting, and compliance with project guidelines while helping remote trainers and quality reviewers produce consistent work.

• Review Malayalam items and trainer QA submissions for fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, meaning preservation, formatting, and rubric adherence.
• Write clear feedback and communicate updates to trainers and quality reviewers in remote workflows.
• Maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, examples, honeypots, and onboarding materials.
• Support onboarding and training sessions, answer questions, follow up on activation, and identify recurring quality or workflow issues.
• Help improve processes and documentation for Malayalam-language AI training projects.

What it pays and takes

This is a part-time contractor role for an intermediate-level contributor with experience reviewing Malayalam content. The work requires strong Malayalam and English communication, careful documentation, and reliable remote collaboration.

• Pay: $30 per hour.
• Time: 20 or more hours per week.
• Locations: Open to candidates in India, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
• Language: Fluent Malayalam with strong reading and writing ability; strong English communication for guidelines, feedback, and team coordination.
• Experience: Malayalam writing, editing, translation, localization, content quality assurance, AI training, or related language review work.
• Skills: Comfortable with remote collaboration tools and organized documentation practices.
