Quality Assurance Lead (Slovenian)

The Work

You will review Slovenian-language AI outputs and trainer or QA submissions across AI training projects. Your reviews will follow project guidelines and rubrics, with a focus on clear, accurate, culturally appropriate language.

You will also help improve consistency across projects by giving written feedback, tracking recurring issues, supporting onboarding, and maintaining quality documentation.

• Review Slovenian AI-generated content and trainer or QA submissions.
• Check grammar, spelling, terminology, tone, formatting, meaning, and instruction-following.
• Evaluate accuracy, consistency, fluency, and compliance with project guidelines.
• Provide precise written feedback and escalate recurring or critical quality problems.
• Support trainer and QA communication, onboarding, training, and documentation.
• Maintain style guides, trackers, FAQs, examples, honeypots, and quality notes.
• Contribute to workflow improvements and scalable QA processes for Slovenian-language projects.

What It Pays And Takes

This is remote contractor work open to candidates in Slovenia. The role is part-time and requires at least 20 hours per week.

• Pay: $30 per hour.
• Hours: 20 or more per week.
• Location: Open to candidates in Slovenia.
• Languages: Fluent Slovenian with strong reading and writing ability, plus strong English communication skills.
• Experience: Slovenian writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, or related language review.
• Language knowledge: Slovenian grammar, declension, case endings, dual form, register, and cultural context.
• Work style: Detail-oriented and comfortable with rubric-based review and written feedback.
• Tools: Comfortable using Discord, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• Helpful background: A degree in Slovenian, linguistics, translation, communications, journalism, English, education, or quality assurance.
• Helpful experience: Leading or supporting remote trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QA contributors, or working with AI training, data annotation, large language models, prompt evaluation, response evaluation, or rubric-based language model QA.
