Quality Assurance Lead (Vietnamese)

The Work

You will review Vietnamese AI training outputs and trainer or quality assurance submissions against project guidelines. Your feedback will help contributors produce accurate, natural, consistent, and culturally appropriate work.

You will also help maintain the systems that support Vietnamese-language projects, including documentation, quality tracking, onboarding materials, and workflow updates.

• Review Vietnamese AI training outputs and trainer or QA submissions.
• Check accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone, formatting, meaning, and instruction-following.
• Identify mistranslations, literal wording, unnatural tone, incorrect diacritics, unsupported claims, ambiguity, and inconsistent terms.
• Provide precise written feedback and escalate recurring or critical quality issues.
• Maintain style guides, trackers, FAQs, quality notes, examples, honeypots, and onboarding materials.
• Support onboarding and training calls for trainers and QAs.
• Communicate workflow updates and quality expectations across remote teams.
• Help improve scalable QA processes for Vietnamese-language projects.

What It Pays And Takes

This is a remote, part-time contractor role for an experienced contributor. Work with Vietnamese and English content, project guidelines, feedback, and remote team workflows.

• Pay: $25 per hour.
• Time: 20+ hours per week.
• Work arrangement: Remote, part-time contract work.
• Open to candidates in Cambodia, the United States, and Vietnam.
• Language: Fluent Vietnamese with strong reading and writing skills, plus strong English communication skills.
• Experience: Vietnamese writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, annotation, or related language-review work.
• Knowledge: Vietnamese grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone markers, diacritics, register, and cultural context.
• Preferred: Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs.
• Tools: Comfort with Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management systems.
• Helpful background: A degree in Vietnamese, linguistics, translation, communications, journalism, English, education, quality assurance, or a related field.
• Helpful background: Experience with Northern, Central, and Southern Vietnamese usage differences, large language models, prompt or response evaluation, or rubric-based LLM QA.
