The Work

You will help improve AI systems by creating realistic quantitative problems and reviewing the answers they produce. Your feedback will show whether each response is technically accurate, practical, and consistent with how professional quantitative work is done.

The work is remote and asynchronous. You will complete project tasks independently and use your experience across research, modeling, trading, risk, or portfolio work to judge the quality of AI reasoning.

  • Create expert-level problems and scenarios based on quantitative research, modeling, and strategy development.
  • Review AI-generated quantitative responses for technical accuracy and practical feasibility.
  • Assess whether responses follow methods and standards used by practicing quantitative analysts.
  • Write structured feedback that helps improve AI model performance.
  • Apply judgment to quant research, alpha or signal generation, trading strategy design and execution, risk modeling, or portfolio construction.

What It Pays And Takes

This is project-based contractor work for experienced quantitative practitioners. The role requires clear written explanations, careful review, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  • Location: Open to candidates in the United States.

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related quantitative field.

  • Skills: Strong written communication, close attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex quantitative ideas clearly.
  • Helpful background: Experience at a recognized top-tier quantitative fund or trading firm, plus practical experience with research, modeling, or strategy development.
