The Work

  • Read sample questions and judge whether they sound like questions a real person would ask.
  • Review AI-generated answers for clarity, helpfulness, natural language, and confusing or misleading phrasing.
  • Explain your feedback in specific, original language that others can use.
  • Suggest simple changes that make questions and answers easier to understand.

  • Schedule: Approximately 5 to 10 hours per week.
  • Location: Open to candidates in the United States.
  • Language: Fluent in English.

  • Technical background: No AI or technical experience is required.
  • Helpful background: Experience helping a spouse, parent, or friend use a government service, or familiarity with rural and smaller-community perspectives.
  • You should be comfortable with basic online tasks, including completing a form.

About AI Training Work

AI training is the human work behind systems that answer questions and create content. People review model responses and explain what is clear, useful, or confusing so future systems can provide better answers.
