The Work

You will assess AI-generated answers about government services for Spanish-speaking residents. The work combines language review with practical knowledge of public-service information.

You will work asynchronously and provide clear written feedback on whether questions and answers are realistic, accurate, complete, useful, and natural in Spanish.

  • Review sample questions in Spanish and English and identify questions that do not reflect realistic public needs.
  • Create rubrics that define correct and complete answers for Medicare, passports, veterans benefits, student loans or financial aid, and National Park services.
  • Evaluate AI-generated Spanish answers against those rubrics.
  • Identify factual errors, missing information, mistranslations, unclear wording, and unnatural language.
  • Write clear feedback that explains your judgments.

What It Pays and Takes

This is a remote contractor role for a short-term project. More availability may be needed toward the end of the project.

  • Pay: $35 to $50 per hour.
  • Schedule: 10 to 20 hours per week.
  • Location: Open to candidates in the United States.
  • Language: Professional fluency in Spanish and English, with precise writing in both languages.
  • Experience: At least one year counseling or assisting the public in a relevant government services area.
  • Subject knowledge: Practical expertise in at least one of Medicare, passports, veterans benefits, student loans or financial aid, or National Park services.
  • Judgment: Ability to distinguish accurate, complete public-service guidance from misleading, incomplete, or linguistically unnatural responses.
  • Helpful background: Experience across multiple government services areas, professional interpretation or translation, Spanish-language guides or FAQs, or work with rural and low-literacy communities.
