About AI Training Work

AI training is the human work behind systems that answer questions and create content. People review model responses, explain what works or fails, and help make those systems clearer and more useful; OpenTrain helps people find these projects, build a profile, and apply in one place.

How OpenTrain AI pays and hires

OpenTrain says it is free for freelancers, with no fees or subscriptions. Clients fund each milestone before work starts, and OpenTrain pays out to your connected payout method when the client approves the milestone. It doesn't publish a fixed payout schedule.

Create a free profile with your domains, languages and hourly rate, then apply to listings. Some listings hire through OpenTrain; others link you straight to the hiring platform.
